Marketing Request Form

All marketing requests must go through the proper approval processes and consent confirmations.  Marketing will do everything possible to post promptly, especially for time-sensitive content, but certain approvals may take up to 7 days to 10 days. All social media messaging must be truthful and not misleading and there must be documentation on file for all claims. Legal review will encompass licensing and regulatory requirements, consumer protection laws, intellectual property, and reputational risk. Adherence to RCA mission, vision, and values as well as fidelity to RCA’s clinical program will be reinforced across all stages of review.
