RCA hires clinical and non-clinical roles, including physicians, nurses (Psych NPs, RNs and LPNs), licensed counselors (LCADC, LCSW, and LPC/LMHC), case managers, medical assistants, group facilitators, behavioral health technicians (known at RCA as recovery support specialists), administrative staff, call center, admissions, operations professionals, and more.

After you apply online, a recruiter will review your application and contact you to schedule an initial screening. You’ll then interview with the hiring team. Most interviews are conducted on-site, though some may begin virtually. Interviews for remote roles are held virtually. 

If the hiring manager decides to make an offer, this will usually be communicated to you via the recruiter. After accepting the offer, you will begin the pre-hire onboarding process which includes consenting to a background check and drug screen as well as other potential screens and completing pre-hire paperwork through our online portalMost candidates move through the process within 2 to 3 weeks. 

Some corporate roles are available remotely. Clinical and direct patient care roles are on-site at our treatment facilities. 

RCA offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401 (k) with employer match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, paid CEs (Continuing Education), and access to an EAP (Employee Assistance Program). Benefits are available based on eligible positions and are subject to change. 

Clinical roles require appropriate licensure and experience. Many entry-level and support positions welcome candidates who are newer to the field – we invest in training and development for our people. 

Yes. We offer CEs and offer tuition reimbursement for qualifying programs. Many of our leadership team members started in frontline clinical roles.
