Counseling sessions can be conducted either virtually or in-person (see more below). Topics vary and may include:
- Assessment of mental and physical health symptoms.
- Establishing a daily routine to support and sustain recovery.
- Identifying and treating co-occurring disorders and/or trauma.
- Developing strategies to reduce relapse risk.
- Learning how to manage cravings.
- Building supportive relationships.
- Treatment may be available in-person, online, via HIPAA-compliant web and video conferencing, or both.
