A Recovery Month Celebration of Connection, Courage & Comebacks

Recovery is worth celebrating and we’re doing it Mount Dora style.

Join us on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM for the very first RCA Mount Dora Alumni Event! The Inaugural Recovery Games, an on-campus alumni event created to bring our recovery community back together for fun, fellowship, food, and a little friendly competition.

This special Recovery Month celebration will take place on the beautiful Recovery Centers of America at Mount Dora campus and will feature outdoor games, team challenges, laughter, connection, and plenty of comeback energy. Alumni and guests can look forward to activities including tug of war, cornhole, basketball challenges, a DUNK BOOTH, team games, and more.

And yes, depending on participation, we may even have some Alumni vs. Staff challenges, with a possible trophy on the line. So bring your team spirit, your competitive side, and your recovery pride.

Hamburgers, hot dogs, and refreshments will be provided, and we’ll close out the event with an ice cream truck arriving at 12:00 PM.

This event is more than just games. It’s a chance to reconnect with the RCA Alumni community, celebrate how far you’ve come, and be part of the first-ever alumni event at RCA Mount Dora. Whether you want to compete, cheer people on, reconnect with familiar faces, or just enjoy a morning surrounded by people who understand the journey, this event is for you.

Alumni and guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes for outdoor activities.

Registration is required for all alumni and guests so we can properly prepare food, refreshments, and event supplies. Please make sure every person attending is included in your registration count.
