In this webinar, we will talk about how boundaries are key to creating healthy relationships and are an integral part of any relationship we have. Healthy boundaries establish guidelines for suitable behaviors, responsibilities, and actions. When our boundaries do not have a foundation, behaviors associated with the disease of addiction can increase. When you set boundaries with your loved one, you increase the chances that he or she will seek help and support the family’s process of healing. We will emphasize the importance of not only setting boundaries but sticking to them. All are welcome, regardless of your affiliation to Recovery Centers of America.
