RCA at Mount Dora Marks Six Months with Expanded Community Partnerships and Services

Recovery Centers of America at Mount Dora — RCA’s first Florida location — is marking six months of operation by strengthening ties with healthcare providers, first responders, and community partners across Central Florida. The facility recently hosted an open house to introduce these partners to its 19-acre campus and encourage collaboration in serving people in recovery.

RCA at Mount Dora opened in January 2026 at 19650 U.S. Highway 441, spanning 63,000 square feet across seven buildings. The site currently offers medically supervised detoxification and residential treatment, with outpatient services and a primary mental health program planned later this year.

Patty Beckett, CEO of RCA at Mount Dora, emphasized that community collaboration is essential to patient success. Staff member Margaret Mott, LPN, shares her own recovery journey helping to shape the facility’s culture of compassion, lived experience, and clinical expertise.
