Inpatient detox is oftentimes the first step in someone’s recovery from alcohol, benzodiazepines, opioids, and kratom. At RCA at Capital Region, patients in our detox program receive around-the-clock nursing with monitored vitals and medication. Detox can typically last up to 7 days but varies from person to person.
