Overview:

Boundaries are key to creating healthy relationships and are an integral part of any relationship we have. Boundaries establish guidelines for suitable behaviors, responsibilities, and actions.  When our boundaries do not have a foundation, behavioral associated with the disease of addiction can increase. When you set boundaries with your loved one, you increase the chances that he or she will seek help and you support yourself and your own process of recovery.
