Recovery Centers of America at Lighthouse Appoints Rebecca Baillie as Chief Executive Officer
New CEO to Drive Expansion of Comprehensive Addiction Treatment Services Across New Jersey
Mays Landing, N.J. – July X, 2025 – Recovery Centers of America is proud to announce the appointment of Rebecca “Becky” Baillie as the new chief executive officer of RCA at Lighthouse, a leading addiction treatment facility in Mays Landing, New Jersey.
With more than two decades of nursing experience and a deep commitment to recovery care, Baillie brings a powerful blend of clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to her new role. A long-time RCA team member, Baillie joined the organization in 2017 in its Devon, Pennsylvania facility and has held progressive leadership roles including Registered Nurse, Corporate Compliance and Nursing Manager, Director of Nursing, and most recently, interim CEO, before being named officially as CEO of RCA at Lighthouse.
“Becky’s unwavering dedication to patient care and her proven ability to lead make her exceptionally well-suited to guide RCA at Lighthouse into its next chapter,” said Brett Cohen, chief executive officer of RCA. “Her leadership has already had a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and staff alike, and we are thrilled to see her continue that work in this new capacity.”
Baillie’s career began in acute care, with experience in telemetry, CCICU, and home health settings. Through that work, she developed a deep understanding of how substance use disorders often intersect with chronic health conditions – a realization that sparked her passion for helping individuals and families reclaim their lives from addiction.
Holding dual graduate degrees in business and nursing, Baillie is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Wilmington University. Her academic background complements her real-world experience and underscores her commitment to evidence-based, high-quality care.
“I’m extremely proud and deeply grateful to take on this role and to work with a team that consistently delivers exceptional, patient-centered care,” said Baillie. “My goal is to continue elevating the standard of care we provide, ensuring that every individual who walks through our doors is met with dignity, compassion, and the highest level of clinical excellence.”
Under Baillie’s leadership, RCA at Lighthouse is poised to expand access to high-quality, evidence-based addiction treatment across New Jersey and surrounding regions, ensuring more individuals and families have the support they need to begin their recovery journeys.
