Rob Mochwart

Since Rob joined RCA in 2017, he has worked in many roles, including directly supporting patients and their families. Today, he leads several key compliance functions—serving as the first point of contact for the Compliance Hotline, managing RCA’s medical record system, reviewing privacy and compliance matters, and helping shape policies that guide our work. Before RCA, Rob built a strong career in risk management as a Chief Risk Officer in the banking industry and continues to serve on several boards, including as an advisor to a large hospital group in New York. Rob is known for being approachable and supportive as he understands the challenges staff face and makes himself available to listen, answer questions, and partner with the team to do the right thing.
