Director of Communications
Alexandra Talarico leads company-wide messaging strategies that connect patients, families, partners, and employees to RCA’s mission. Since joining the organization in 2020, she has played a key role in shaping RCA’s voice across internal campaigns, executive communications, cultural initiatives, and enterprise storytelling. With over 14 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, and manufacturing, Alexandra brings a strong background in internal communications, employee engagement, design, branding, and content strategy. Prior to RCA, she led copywriting, brand transformation initiatives, website redesigns, and the planning of immersive clinical treatment and training events for patients, families, and care teams. She holds a B.A. in Communications from West Chester University and is passionate about building clear, purposeful communication that fosters connection, clarity, and culture for everyone connected to RCA.
