Hello; my name is Elizabeth Walsh, LSW LCADC; I am a Licensed Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have worked in the Mental health and Substance Abuse industry for 14 years. My specialty is working with people who have Substance Abuse Disorders with Co-occurring Disorders. I enjoy assisting clients to develop and reach their treatment goals to live a well-balanced, healthy life moving forward. My position at Recovery Centers of America is as a Primary Outpatient Therapist for the General Outpatient program via telehealth. Sasha Branch, MS, LCADC, completed her Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University in 2012 before going on to earn her Master of Science in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2014. Since 2014, Sasha has been involved in the addiction recovery field by working at a detox unit and methadone clinic as an admissions counselor and counselor. Sasha continued her work in the counseling field by working in mental health case management services, where she has served faithfully as a Co-Occurring Counselor. Over time, Sasha grew exponentially as she met the demands of her designated areas of responsibility while also taking on new challenges of management and supervision as a Senior Counselor. Sasha has demonstrated a deep care for her clients and a will to acquire and sharpen her skill in the field as a primary therapist at Recovery Centers of America. When she is not working diligently to walk with her clients towards sobriety and self-dependency, Sasha is an avid fitness participant and you can catch her in the gym or running. She also enjoys hiking and exploring new places with her family.
Director of Outpatient Services
Danielle Decembrino, MSW, LCADC, CCS, CTP, has over 10 years of experience in the behavioral health industry. Danielle attended Rutgers University, New Brunswick where she completed her master’s degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Addiction Counseling. Danielle’s experience in addiction treatment includes various leadership positions ranging from lead primary therapist, clinical supervisor, and director of clinical services.
Danielle began at RCA as a Residential Clinical Supervisor, where she facilitated individual sessions, provided supervision for clinical staff, helped support the daily clinical operations, and so much more. Danielle offers an interactive, warm, and compassionate supervision style. Now, as the Director of Outpatient Services, Danielle supports staff and clients as the on-call supervisor, builds curriculum to enhance group facilitation and keeps daily operations flowing smoothly and seamlessly.
Alice D. Daniels
Alice D. Daniels, MSP, CCBT, has been involved in the dual-diagnosis field since January of 2008. Her background is in Mental/Behavioral Health Therapy and Addictions. Alice utilizes evidenced- based practices to assist her patients achieve knowledge of the disease of addiction, learn to implement coping strategies, and relapse prevention skills in their recovery process. Alice brings positive energy to her patients while being an empathic and compassionate counselor. She is dedicated to help support and guide the patients and their loved ones by walking alongside of them through the treatment process.
Cassandra started her journey in working in the field of addictions back in 2016. Cassandra attended Stockton University in 2015 where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and completed her accelerated Master’s of Social Work degree in 2021.
Cassandra has held various leadership roles while working in different levels of substance abuse treatment and has had many accomplishments, including receiving her TF-CBT certification, Mental Health First Aid training certification, and QPR Gatekeeper Training certification.
Cassandra is working on obtaining multiple licensures, including her LSW, and her LCADC. Cassandra utilizes CBT in her practice and encourages her clients to introduce 12- step facilitation and spirituality into their recovery.

Stephaine Kauffman is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor with 7 years of clinical experience. Stephaine has her Master’s Degree in Addiction Counseling from Drexel University. Stephaine has a passion for providing client-centered treatment. Stephaine works from a collaborative, strengths-based approach; assisting and supporting clients to be the author of their own lives. Her empathy and warmth help to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process and heal.
Angela K. Baxter
Angela K. Baxter, BS, CADC has been involved in the addictions field since April of 2011. Her background is in Behavioral and Addictions Counseling from Drexel University and is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor.
