In his role as HRBP, Matthew is committed to providing an inclusive, high energy, positive team environment to ensure that the patients at RCA at Monroeville are provided with premiere rehabilitation services and resources. He brings years of expertise in employee relations, performance management, strategic planning, mentorship, training and development, and other human resources related areas.
Matthew has spent his entire career cultivating business relationships as a leader across a variety of industries with a focus in the HR field. He began his career as an attorney building a successful practice including enforcing employees’ rights and responsibilities. Since then, he has led HR teams in a senior management role and has been instrumental in developing proven polices to ensure compliance and growth. Matthew received a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University in Economics and Philosophy and then earned a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law.
