Understanding Relapse

This webinar will explore how substance use deeply affects behavior and creates patterns that become very difficult to break. A reoccurrence or relapse is common because the sudden return to “normal” life after treatment is often a return to those same triggers and stressors, without the support found in the initial treatment environment.

We will talk through some of the common triggers, explore how to better understand them, and discuss some coping strategies to help our loved ones navigate these triggers. In addition, we will discuss RCA’s unique treatment modalities for individuals who have experienced chronic relapse.
