New Addiction Treatment Center Seeks World-class CEO
Recovery Centers of America (RCA) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as chief executive officer of its brand-new, innovative addiction treatment facility in Waldorf, according to a press release. RCA at Waldorf is scheduled to open at 11100 Billingsley Road in March with plans to expand to 72,335 square feet of facility space, 140 beds and employing nearly 200 people. Ideally located to serve residents of Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland, the facility plans to treat over 4,000 patients in its first year of operations.
The CEO of RCA at Waldorf will be responsible for leading a premier addiction treatment center in Waldorf, offering evidence-based, customized treatment solutions to the issues of drug and alcohol abuse and co-occurring disorders, the press release states. The CEO will lead a dedicated team of professionals who provide an individualized approach to addiction treatment and a comprehensive continuum of care.
RCA at Waldorf will offer a full-continuum of care including medically monitored detoxification, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, comprehensive aftercare support, robust family services and recovery support groups — open to all members of the local, public community.
“We’re looking for a high-performing healthcare executive with a track record of success in the Washington, D.C., and Southern Maryland areas who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of people battling addiction,” JP Christen, chief operating officer at Recovery Centers of America, said in the release. “This leadership role will provide our substance use disorder patients and their families the highest quality treatment and an opportunity for long-term recovery.”
Headquartered in King of Prussia, Pa., RCA provides community-based treatment centers in locations heavily impacted by the national drug epidemic including Devon, Pa.; Danvers and Westminster, Mass.; Earleville, Md., and Mays Landing, N.J.
