This place is amazing. I really can’t imagine working anywhere else. Where patients might think, ‘Nobody understands me,’ here they DO understand because numerous staff have been through the recovery journey themselves! They’ve been where the patient is. And now I’m the lucky one who gets to help others in the same position.”

I honestly love working at RCA. The management work just as hard if not harder than they expect their staff to. The staff are all eager to help each other succeed and grow. There is a ton of room for advancement through the company and I honestly would love to retire at RCA.

People are on a mission here and it is wonderful to work with so many who correctly look at this as more than a job, because it is! Incredible resources and innovation! Many motivated, hard-working peers. We really ARE saving lives! The culture is serious but also casual and many here make themselves available 24/7. There is a tremendous effort to lead with a respect for patients that is all too lacking at so many other places.

I went through both in and outpatient treatment at Devon RCA and I can’t even describe how much it changed my life…I was scared to death going into rehab but quickly acclimated and found that I was going to be taken care of. During outpatient I worked with Cait who is a TREMENDOUS therapist and helped me so much, to this day I still use her practice of music therapy to help me get through my days. I also attend alumni meetings (which Bob runs cause he’s awesome!) and couldn’t ask for better support.

Coming into RCA was a blessing, I was in the outpatient program with Abbey an Brandon, THEY ARE AMAZING PEOPLE! I don’t think I have ever been in such a wonderful program! They have an alumni program with all different types of events ! It’s ran by Peter, again another AMAZING person! Achieving sobriety is a HARD journey but with RCA an the staff I was able to learn ways to achieve long term sobriety with coping mechanisms. Such a compassionate, caring place to get help!
