Terence Drew Collins was born in Hammond, Louisiana and left at the young age of 17 to join the military.  Terence has been married to Linda for thirty –seven years, father of three adult children and one granddaughter, resides in the DMV for over 40 years. Terence is a decorated veteran of the US Marine Corp, US Air Force, and Homeland Federal Law Enforcement.  

Terence Collins earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Columbia Union College, in Tacoma Park Maryland and received a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling/Leadership Development from Capital Bible Seminary in Lanham, Maryland.  Reverend Terence Collins has had extensive experience working as a community developer and has a vast amount of expertise in non-profit management.  Mr. Collins currently serves at Westphalia Methodist Church.  Executive Director at Community Ministry of Prince George’s (2001-2004); Prince George’s Health Department Maternal Health and Fatherhood Development (Adam’s House), 2001-2014; United Communities Against Poverty, Catholic Charites of America, Quality Assurance Health Care; Medstar Hospital, Behavior Health and Psychiatric services;  Innovation Therapeutic services; District of Columbia Courts Youth Division, University Maryland School of Medicine Policy and Planning,  Metro Mental Health, Utopia Behavioral health. Terence has  gained an exceptional amount of experience,  knowledge in professional work related to community development, health wellness, business and organizational development, community advocacy and social service work among a wide-range of populations that include adolescents, adults, community action, rehabilitation coordination, chemical dependency, working poor, housing development, incarcerated, ex-offenders, and fathers.  Strategic Management disciplines include: Military, Federal and Local, Nonprofit/For Profit Strategic Management.  Business models orientation for Community Health and Executive Management and Industrial Specializations.
