Overcoming Barriers to Treatment with Both In-Person and Telehealth Services
Addiction doesn’t stop for anything—and neither does Recovery Centers of America. In an effort to further protect patients and staff members from COVID-19 exposure, outpatient treatment services at RCA are now offered both via in-person to a limited number of patients per day and via telehealth. This means you can still get the same, evidence-based outpatient treatment from our beautiful facilities at Indianapolis or from the comfort and convenience of your home. For individuals transitioning from our inpatient care facilities, it allows you to stay engaged with the RCA family of professionals you have come to trust and the alumni peer group of which you belong.
With the addition of digital outpatient services, previous constraints to receiving care from Recovery Centers of America are no longer a barrier. Whether it is the distance to our sites, health concerns, transportation challenges, or other personal responsibilities holding you back, digital outpatient services from RCA are now available for you. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, computer, or laptop. Learn more about how our telehealth services work here or get ready for a Webex meeting with these helpful set-up instructions.
No matter if you choose between in-person or digital outpatient services, you can be confident in the quality of care you’ll receive. And, with either choice, you will benefit from same-day assessments and flexibility in scheduling appointments. With a focus on individuals’ needs and quality care, Recovery Centers of America conveniently offers outpatient programs at our Indianapolis location, including Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and General Outpatient Program (GOP). For patients coming to treatment in person, our staff is tested weekly for COVID-19, and we have multiple other COVID-19 precautions in place.

IOP: Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Evening IOP: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 5:45 pm – 8:45 pm

Modern and Comfortable so You Can Focus on Your Recovery
Safety and quality of care are our priorities at each one of our facilities. We meet and exceed rigorous performance standards with our staff and sites, while also providing comfortable and clean facilities.
Addiction impacts the whole family, and RCA is here for the whole family
When you are admitted to RCA you are immersed in learning about addiction and recovery. Your loved ones also need support, education and guidance. At RCA, we know loving someone with addiction can be incredibly difficult and emotional, and that family members must also recover from the damage of addiction.
It is important for loved ones to understand what patients at RCA experience and what they are learning, to know the importance of aftercare planning, and to understand how to support new habits and needs. Also, research shows that when family is involved in treatment, the success rate increases. That’s why RCA provides family services, including family support groups, family therapy and more.
Family members are welcomed at Recovery Centers of America. Please visit our Family page, which is rich with information regarding how loved ones can participate in recovery and support groups and webinars specifically made with them in mind.
