We’re hiring LPNs and RNs to work 3×12 shifts, 7a-7p. RCA employees share a collective passion for helping make people whole again, and our nurses are no exception. You’re more than a nurse to our patients – you sit and talk with them, you listen, and you help with mental and psychological issues beyond the physical. It’s more of a therapeutic relationship than in other healthcare settings. Instead of doing the work for them, the patients do the work themselves, and you’re there to guide and educate.
