Enhancing connection through effective communication

Overview:

This webinar will explore how communication is one of the most important aspects of human connection and yet it is one of the first skills that changes as a result of substance use. We will explore new ways to communicate and begin to understand how our emotions and our own recovery can impact our ability to be effective in our communication with our loved ones. We will also explore how to shift our lens that can keep us focused on the obstacles rather than the stages of change in the progress of recovery.
