How Much Is Too Much?
The third leading preventable cause of death in the United States is from alcohol-related causes. Have you ever wondered if you or a loved one may be drinking too much and if treatment could help? The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism defines “moderate” drinking as no more than 1 drink per day for women and no more than 2 drinks per day for men.
