Addiction is a disease that impacts the entire family.
Our group recovery process includes sharing and discussing in a group setting, as well as family education and family therapy. To help families better understand addiction, the recovery process, and the family dynamics that are involved in drug rehab programs, we offer a comprehensive, open-ended family program.
Our weekly family meetings provide coping skills that are essential when you are close to someone who struggles with a substance use disorder. And the more informed you are, the better you’ll be able to support your loved one.
Our clinicians provide the following services:
Family therapy addresses the recovery needs of the entire family. Many family members who have prioritized the needs of their loved one(s) for so long have neglected their own self-care and wellbeing.
Our therapy sessions and educational workshops exist to provide family support, offering the space and tools families need to heal and prepare themselves for the future.
We also have classes that help family members learn to avoid enabling as well as how to set healthy boundaries. Establishing boundaries in a therapeutic context empowers family members to communicate their expectations for behavior, and reinforce their commitment to recovery and honesty.
