Amy Brinkley

Clinical Trainer

Amy Brinkley, MSS, LCSW brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and skill to her position as Clinical Site Trainer at MCAT. Over her 25-year career, she has worked with children, adolescents, adults and families with mental health and Co-occurring Disorders in Outpatient and Residential settings. She has held clinical, supervisory, operations, and business development positions. Most recently, Amy was the Executive Director of Residential Programs at the Village, a Sanctuary Certified Residential Treatment Program in suburban Philadelphia.

Amy has specialized in providing quality treatment for people with trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders. In her current role, she is committed to assisting the staff in providing high-quality, trauma-informed treatment and services through education, training and coaching.

Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Kent State University and a Master of Social Services from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. She has advanced training in Trauma, Clinical Supervision, Conflict Resolution, and family counseling. She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania since 2003. Amy joined RCA in June 2017
