Jermaine Graham is a diverse and well rounded behavioral health care professional. He comes to us with over 15 years of experience working in the behavioral health field and has spent the last decade in a leadership capacity helping to develop and implement creative and innovative approaches to service delivery. He began his career in Philadelphia working with chronically homeless individuals who suffered from co-occurring disorders. As the project manager he worked with various providers to develop long term inpatient programs tailored toward this vulnerable population. As the manager of the Network Improvement and Accountability Collaborative (NIAC) Jermaine was the leader of multiple team audits that inspected and evaluated all behavioral health programs in the city of Philadelphia that received Medicaid funding. Jermaine, a proud Air Force veteran, worked to stand up the largest co-ed safe haven for homeless veterans in the city of Philadelphia. 

Prior to coming to Recovery Centers of America Jermaine was the executive director overseeing multiple medicated assisted treatment (MAT) outpatient clinics; including the largest methadone clinic in the city of Philadelphia. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge regarding program start ups, strategic program development and regulatory governing standards.
