In his role as Quality Assurance Strategist at RCA at Monroeville, Neil brings nearly a decade of Healthcare Quality Assurance and Process Improvement experience and a diverse background in hospital inpatient care, behavioral health managed care, and research. He has developed and implemented a variety of improvement plans and conducted statewide initiatives for 13 counties in western Pennsylvania aimed at reducing behavioral health readmission rates. Neil received a bachelor’s degree from Saint Vincent College in Psychology and then earned a master’s degree in Health Management Systems from Duquesne University. While obtaining his graduate degree, Neil conducted and published a cancer research study at the University of Pittsburgh Medical School involving dendritic cell immunotherapy. Additionally, he is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
