After earning her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University, Laura Fidorowicz, MA, LPC, NCC, jumped into the social services field, staying there for almost 2 decades. Now, Laura brings her expertise, compassion, and thorough understanding of the disease of addiction to RCA.

Laura began her career in child welfare and community-based adolescent mental health services, eventually moving to Behavioral Health Administration. Throughout the years, Laura has held several different positions, including program oversight, regulations monitoring, clinical review and care authorization, and program expansion. Most recently, Laura served as the Single County Authority Administrator for Delaware County, Pennsylvania, where she was dedicated to offering equitable and quality evidence-based and supported services to all individuals seeking substance use prevention and treatment programs.

Laura looks forward to healing suffering patients and helping them rebuild their lives.
