Dr. Elizabeth Drew

Medical Director

Dr. Elizabeth Drew, MD, graduated from Hahnemann University School of Medicine and completed her family practice residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown Pa. In 2005 she opened her family medicine office in Doylestown Pa. and in 2008 she treated her first patient for opiate addiction.

Since then Dr Drew has attained her board certification in Addiction Medicine, treated more than a thousand patients for addiction to opiates and alcohol, participated in programs to educate the community, traveled to Washington DC to educate our legislators and served as Medical Director at some premier addiction treatment programs in Pennsylvania.

She understands that addiction is a chronic disease that no one would choose to have, and her treatment philosophy is based on respect, compassion and empowerment. She is excited to be the Medical Director of Delaware County Healthcare Clinic and work to provide superior addiction treatment in Delaware County Pennsylvania.

Donna Orsatti

Director of Substance Abuse Counseling Services

Donna graduated from Alvernia with a bachelor’s degree in Addiction studies from Alvernia University. Donna graduated from Walden University with a Master’s in Psychology. Donna started her career as an Assistant Case Manager for a transitional housing program for homeless women with substance use disorders as well as a women with children unit.

After one year of case management, Donna transitioned to another facility as an Intake Coordinator. While at this facility, Donna served as a counselor, lead counselor and Program Director. During my time with the facility, we began a Suboxone Program to provide additional supports for clients struggling with opioid dependence.

Donna has experience working in pharmacotherapy as a counselor, Clinical Supervisor, and Program Director. Donna developed programming that included groups focused on Trauma, Yoga/Mindfulness, Creative Arts, and a Life Skills group. Donna utilizes a person-centered approach to treatment allowing the client to lead the session. This approach rests on one vital quality: unconditional positive regard. Donna is passionate and dedicated to working with others to educate and empower them to accomplish their goals.

Jaime Hines


Jaime was born and raised in North Philadelphia. She attended Creative and Performing Arts H.S for vocal music and went on to graduate from Delaware State University with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  Jaime love to sing, and church is where she sing the most.  

Jaime has been providing group and individual therapy sessions for people who suffer with substance dependence and mental health disorders for 20 years.  

It is my passion.  I enjoy meeting people where they are, assisting them with improving the quality of their lives and watching the growth and change unfold.”  


LaTanya Thomas


LaTanya Thomas completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers State University and then her master’s degree in administrative science at Fairleigh Dickenson University. She also completed 270 hours of specialized substance addiction training with New Jersey Prevention Network. Latanya has experience across a variety of treatment settings including: MAT and Inpatient mental health/substance abuse. She is bubbly, holistic, strength-based and prefers to utilize a persons centered approach to guide her individual interactions with population served.

Robin Kellogg


Robin graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology.  Robin started as a counselor at an MAT program in Neptune NJ.  He worked doing therapy and intakes for over 11 years in NJ before deciding to move to PA.  Robin spent some time working in Philledelphia before finding a home at Delaware County Healthcare Clinic.  Robin is relaxed, empathetic, and understanding, with a focus on active and reflective listening to work together to help others discover their potential.  

Laura Fidorowicz, MA, LPC, NCC

MAT Program Director

After earning her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University, Laura Fidorowicz, MA, LPC, NCC, jumped into the social services field, staying there for almost 2 decades. Now, Laura brings her expertise, compassion, and thorough understanding of the disease of addiction to RCA. Laura began her career in child welfare and community-based adolescent mental health services, eventually moving to Behavioral Health Administration. Throughout the years, Laura has held several different positions, including program oversight, regulations monitoring, clinical review and care authorization, and program expansion. Most recently, Laura served as the Single County Authority Administrator for Delaware County, Pennsylvania, where she was dedicated to offering equitable and quality evidence-based and supported services to all individuals seeking substance use prevention and treatment programs. Laura looks forward to healing suffering patients and helping them rebuild their lives.
