Please join us for an appreciation luncheon with our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Heidi Ginter, followed by a discussion on SUD Treatment Inside Safety Sensitive Work Environments.
At Recovery Centers of America in Massachusetts, we’ve treated almost 2,000 patients and nearly 60% of those patients report opioids as their primary substance of choice. While research shows that Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is effective in the treatment of opioid use disorders, and can help some people to sustain recovery, it may not be an appropriate solution for everyone. Health Care Officials & Governing Bodies have been working collaboratively to make MAT accessible and available for patients with SUD. But where do Employers fit into this initiative?
Were those employers and employees who work in Safety Sensitive work environments forgotten?
Let’s talk about it.
We would like to take this opportunity to dialogue about SUD treatment for Employers, EAPs, and Employees who represent these “forgotten” work environments.
