Don’t just survive, THRIVE with RCA’s 90-Day Fitness Challenge designed to help people go the extra mile in their recovery.

Starting on September 12 at 7AM EST/6AM CST join us on Zoom Monday-Friday to jumpstart your physical and mental fitness.

Over the course of 90 days, participants will:
1. Attend a daily meeting
2. Journal Every Day
3. Dedicate each day to exercise, nutrition or meditation.
What this fitness program will consist of each week:
Monday: Cardio Workout
Tuesday: Upper-Body Weight Training
Wednesday: Core Mat Workout
Thursday: Lower-Body Weight Training
Friday: Meditation & Yoga on the Mat

On weekends we walk!
